Raw Cookie Dough Bites {Dairy-Free & Egg-Free}

After mixing up some Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies last night, I finally resigned to the fact that my kids and my husband just want the raw dough. It makes them so happy, and it makes me the best wife and mom ever. So why fight it anymore? I'm giving in and honestly, making my life easier. Just eat the dang dough.  

As for me, I do like an actual cookie. So this recipe can be use to make safe cookie dough bites AND cookies if you wish. Your choice. Or shall I say, your family's choice? Now you can please everyone. Enjoy!  


Makes 2 Dozen Bites

1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
1/2 cup dairy-free butter
1/2 cup coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
flax eggs
2 cups quick cooking oats
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup dairy-free chocolate chips

Combine ingredients. Roll dough into balls or scoop into balls. Store in refrigerator.
