Homemade salad dressing is so easy to make. It only takes a handful of ingredients, you can cater to your food allergies, and it almost always tastes better than store-bought. I get a lot of satisfaction from making our own, and we usually keep a couple jars in the refrigerator.
This Maple Dressing is great for lettuce salads with fruit.
Apple Walnut Salad
Pomegranate Chow Mein Salad
Berry Romaine Salad
Maple Salad Dressing
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon dairy-free milk
2-3 tablespoons real maple syrup
2 tablespoons vinegar
Whisk and shake ingredients together in an airtight jar with lid.
If you want it thinner, add milk 1 tablespoon at a time until you reach desired consistency.
Store in refrigerator.
