Hello paper-crafting friends! I felt like I left you hanging in my post about brush markers by Stampin' Up and Tombow so I wanted to elaborate a little more today about a good fine-tip marker option.
While I absolutely love my SU markers for their brush tips, the fine tips seem to dry out sooner and the pastel colors are hard to see.
So here is my fine tip marker choice, the Staedtler pens. I use them for fine writing and practicing my own handwriting style. They are fantastic for hand lettering, Project Life cards, writing out greeting cards, journaling in my scrapbooks, and doodling in my planner. They are not 100% bleed-proof in my Erin Condren Planner but are not bad, either. I definitely use them in there when I want to, especially the lighter colors.
The Staedtler plastic marker case is super fun and unique as it props the markers up at a 45 degree angle when opened. And the markers are triangle barrel so they won't roll off the table! How cute is that? These are acid-free and water based.
You can get 20 colors on Amazon with 6 bonus neon colors. I think the colors are wonderful and deep, and I use them alongside my SU brush markers.
Hope this information is helpful! Happy marker-ing.
