Crock Pot Barbecue Meatballs {Dairy-Free, Egg-Free, Wheat-Free}

My son is a meatball fanatic.  Make the boy meatballs, and he'll love me forever. 

We make dairy-free, egg-free, wheat-free meatballs in marinara for special pasta nights.

But recently we were invited to a party with barbecue meatball appetizers.  While we can't trust anyone else cooking for my son, we were determined to bring our own safe version. My boy would be devastated to miss out on meatballs!  

They turned out wonderfully, and we just had to share...

{no milk, egg, or wheat}

Simply make up meatballs using this recipe.  This makes 24 1" meatballs.  

Brown the raw meatballs in a large skillet.  

Add browned meatballs to the bottom of a GREASED crock pot.  

Pour a simple barbecue mixture over the meatballs.  

3/4 cup of Sweet Baby Ray's Original Barbecue Sauce
1/4 Cup Ketchup

Gently toss meatballs until they are all covered in the sauce.  

Cook on high for 1 hour or low for 3 hours, or until the meat is cooked through.  

Serve hot and enjoy!
