Shredded Barbecue Chicken {Dairy-Free}

Just wanted to share another quick dinner we enjoy at our house, shredded barbecue chicken from our weekly leftover roasted chicken.  

It's not really a favorite of mine, but the boys gobble it up. And anything's more filling when you put it on bread so that's a win. The barbecue sauce we use is Sweet Baby Ray's, and I can even pick it up at Aldi. Be sure to check labels for yourself.

To make this, just shred up leftover chicken, add the barbecue sauce, and heat through on the stove or in a crock pot. Easy as that.  

You can actually do this with leftover turkey and roast beef as well. We do!
