Dairy-Free Method Shampoo & Body Wash

For a few years I've had a difficult time finding safe shampoo for my son with milk and nut allergies.

I prefer chemical-free products free from parabens, phthalates, and such.  But when I look at organic products, they often contain FOOD.  Yes, food.  That's risky with food allergies.

Once I tried to make our own body wash and shampoo with Bronner's castille soap.  But while it makes a FANTASTIC hand soap, it was just too drying for a full body wash.  And it didn't foam up like real shampoo.

So when I saw these fun Method products for kids in Target the other day, I had to give them a try.   The ingredients looked decent.  The kids love the lemon scent.  It foams up, is hypoallergenic, free of harmful chemicals, and contains no food.  We've had total success with it.  Not to mention, the Mickey marketing is pretty fun.

The price isn't bad, either, given how hard it is to find safe products for our food allergy kids.  About $5 a bottle.

Right now you can clip a 15% coupon on Amazon Pantry and get this body wash and shampoo delivered right to your door.

Have you found any other chemical-free AND food free hygiene products that you love for your kids?
