Cream Cheese Pumpkin Dip {Dairy-Free}

We made this yummy Cream Cheese Pumpkin Dip the other day from over at Chocolate Covered Katie, and the boys devoured it. They dipped graham crackers, and I opted for apples.  

I actually only made half a batch which was perfect for our family of four.  It lasted us a few days.  
For the cream cheese, we used Go Veggie's VEGAN plain cream cheese.  For sweetener, I used half stevia and half maple syrup.  I didn't make it super sweet but the boys didn't mind. 

I blended our dip together in our Breville Hemisphere Control Blender to get it nice and smooth.

Even with the dairy-free cream cheese, I think it tastes pretty "normal" because there is more pumpkin than cream cheese to help overpower the "dairy-free factor".  I'm sure we will make this every fall now.
