Salad with Roasted Chicken & French {Dairy-Free}

Summer is a great time to throw together quick salads for dinner.  No heating up the house, less time in the kitchen, and more time playing outside.

I love to use leftover chicken from Roasted Chicken Night to complete our salads with some good protein.  I am so fortunate that my little boys will eat this, too, as long as they can dress it with my homemade French Dressing.  Other favorite kid-friendly toppings are raisins and ground flax.  I call the flax "salad sprinkles" and they fall for it every time.

I also add almonds to my own salads.
