Easy Roasted Sweet Potatoes & Apples {Dairy-Free}




One of our favorite side dish vegetables here is roasted sweet potatoes with apples.  Simply peel and dice sweet potatoes and apples, toss in coconut oil, sprinkle with sea salt, and bake in the oven on 350 until tender.  This usually takes 30-45 minutes.  I check on them periodically and toss them while they are cooking.  

This would make a great toddler finger food.  

Sprinkle in some cinnamon before baking for an added touch.
