Tortilla Pizzas {Dairy-Free}

Tortilla pizzas are our very favorite pizzas to make at home. They are so quick, easy, and light. And the kids love designing their own personal pies.

Our boys can also make this easy pizza sauce. It's just three easy ingredients mixed together. Store any extra in an airtight container and refrigerate.

Easy Pizza Sauce
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil

To build our pizzas, we include protein, veggie, sauce, and dairy-free cheese.

Protein toppings we use are dairy-free pepperoni, burger, chicken, bacon, etc.

For veggies, we love onion and tomato the best. I sneak mushroom on mine.  ;)

Then we add the easy pizza sauce.

For cheese, shredded dairy-free "cheeses" that work great are Daiya and Go Veggie! brands in mozzarella flavor.

Make sure the Go Veggie! package is VEGAN, as they also make lactose free products that contain milk.

Bake tortilla pizzas in the oven at 400 until golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Make at least one tortilla pizza for each member of your family. With the very thin crust, these are not super filling and everyone will want a lot. I serve the tortilla pizzas with big salads.
