French Dressing {Dairy-Free}

Our boys absolutely love this homemade dressing, and it's especially perfect for spinach and lettuce seasons in the spring and fall. 

To get a flavorful tangy taste, use Brigg's Apple Cider Vinegar for the vinegar, and it ends up tasting like french dressing from fine restaurants.

1 c. oil
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1/3 c. catsup 

Whisk and shake ingredients together in an airtight jar with lid.  Store in refrigerator.

Serve over spinach, bacon, and mushroom salad or another salad of your choice.
