I know it may not seem like it but making cornbread from scratch, with no milk or eggs is actually quite simple.
I use this cornbread recipe on Food.com, and there is no need for an egg substitute because it doesn't call for eggs.
For the milk, just use your favorite dairy-free milk.
Top with honey, Earth Balance buttery spread, your favorite jam, or whatever else strikes your fancy.
We eat this cornbread with homemade Chili.
